Each Clovi Paris piece is handcrafted to order in our French atelier.

• Production Lead Time: Standard models are typically shipped within [X] to [X] weeks after order confirmation.

• Bespoke Projects: For custom creations or trade orders (Hotels/Restaurants), a specific timeline will be provided with your quote.

2. Delivery Zones

We offer International Shipping to bring French elegance to your interior, wherever you are.

• France & Europe: Secure delivery via our specialized logistics partners.

• Worldwide: We ship outside Europe. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Methods

The safety of your furniture is our top priority.

• Specialized Handling: For large items (benches, armchairs), we use expert furniture carriers to ensure white-glove-standard care.

• Order Tracking: A tracking number or direct contact with the carrier will be provided upon dispatch.

• Upon Delivery: We kindly ask you to inspect your package in the presence of the driver before signing for receipt.
