Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us at: bonjour@clovi-paris.com.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

  • Bespoke & Customized Creations: In accordance with high-end craftsmanship standards (and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), items made to your specifications (fabric choice, custom dimensions, personalized models) are not eligible for withdrawal. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for bespoke furniture, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error originating from Clovi Paris.

  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.

3. Defect Procedures

If you encounter a technical issue arising from our atelier, please contact us within 48 hours at bonjour@clovi-paris.com. Following an expert assessment, we will proceed with the repair or replacement of the piece at our expense.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

For non-customized items shipped within the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us at bonjour@clovi-paris.com.
